A more personal way to plan
Estate planning isn't only about assets. It's about the people who matter, the values you hold, and the future you want to make possible. We start with a conversation, not a form — and move only as fast as feels right to you.
What we help with
A legally sound will that reflects your wishes — guardianship, gifts, beneficiaries and your executor — prepared with you, step by step.
Talk through priorities and the practical details — including how your CPF nomination and LPA fit alongside your will.
Clear direction on signing, witnessing, safekeeping and when a specialist lawyer's input is worth getting.
How it works
A relaxed conversation to understand your family, your assets and what matters most. Free, no obligation.
We help you gather the details and make the decisions a will needs — beneficiaries, executor, guardians.
Your will is prepared, then properly signed and witnessed. You leave with a document that holds up.
Pricing
If your needs are more complex — overseas assets, a business, a trust — we'll explain the scope and any additional fees before proceeding. No surprises.

Good to know
No. A will doesn't have to be drafted by a lawyer to be valid — it needs to meet the legal requirements under the Wills Act and be properly signed and witnessed. We prepare your will and guide the signing correctly. For complex estates we'll tell you honestly when a specialist lawyer's input is worthwhile.
Your estate is distributed under Singapore's Intestate Succession Act — a fixed formula that may not match your wishes, and the process is slower and costlier for your family. A will puts you in control of who receives what, and who administers it.
A will covers most of your assets after death. A CPF nomination is separate — CPF savings pass by nomination, not by your will. An LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) takes effect while you're alive but unable to decide for yourself. We'll make sure all three line up.
We'll advise you on safekeeping your original will and on registering it with the Wills Registry so your executor can locate it. Keeping the original safe and findable is as important as writing it.
No. Heritas House is fee-only. You pay a flat fee for your will, we sell no financial products, and we earn no commissions — so the advice is only ever about your plan.
